We post your box out either the same day as you order or the next day. All boxes are posted via Royal Mail, second class. So please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Its really easy to either pause your subscription for the month, so you skip the month or you can unsubscribe. You just need to login to your account and skip or unsubsribe.
Unfortunately, we cannot take items back that are for personal use. However, if you are unhappy please do email dale@posylondon.com as we have a happiness guarantee and we will want to make sure that you are having the best ever POSY day.
